Another Thought From Another Friend

Another friend of mine, Christopher, from Tennessee, shared a thought with me at the CFC conference last week that is worth repeating. We were talking about post-high school activities, and he said, ‘There are three kinds of teenagers. Some live their lives preparing to be thirty-five, some live their lives like they are thirty-five, and most live their lives like they will never be thirty-five.’

<> This thought harmonizes with the series about the Myth of Adolescence and the Rise of the ‘Kidult’ that Alex and Brett Harris have been posting at the Rebelution. If you haven’t read those posts, please do.

Very interesting point. A lot of teenagers do live like that.
