Two blog awards competitions have come to my attention this week:

Homeschool Blog Awards are sponsored by Spunky Homeschool; there have been quite a few nominations thus far, and if you choose to nominate and/or vote for blogs in any categories (which I hope you will), there's a good chance you'll come across some exciting blogs. The blogs that have been nominated thus far are all excellent in many ways. I've been nominated in the Best Homeschooling Arts Blog category, so if you'd like to vote for me, please do, starting December 11th.

Two Talent Living (there's a great story behind the name) is hosting these awards. You can vote until December 6th. The stated purpose of these awards is really neat, as well as a great incentive to vote for the finalist blogs, despite the impending deadline:
